The LOTTE Packaging Ethics Hotline is a space available to LOTTE Packaging employees, customers using LOTTE Packaging services, shareholders, and partner company representatives. It serves as a communication channel established for LOTTE Packaging's ethical management and management improvement. We take all measures and efforts to ensure that whistleblowers do not suffer any disadvantages due to their reports, and this is operated according to our internal regulations (Ethical Code of Conduct).

Important Notes

Reports should be submitted under real names in principle; however, anonymous reports are accepted when unavoidable.
Anonymous reports will be investigated only if specific and objective facts can be verified.
False reports made for the purpose of slander or defamation are strictly prohibited.
