Whistleblowing

The LOTTE Aluminium Whistleblowing channel is a communication platform established to promote ethical management and business improvement at LOTTE Aluminium. It is available to LOTTE Aluminium employees as well as customers, shareholders, and related partners or affiliated companies that use Lotte Aluminium’s services. We make every effort and take all necessary measures to ensure that individuals who submit reports do not suffer any disadvantages as a result of their whistleblowing. This system is operated in accordance with the company’s internal regulations (Ethical Action Guidelines).

Important Notes

Reports should be submitted under real names in principle; however, anonymous reports are accepted when unavoidable.
Anonymous reports will be investigated only if specific and objective facts can be verified.
False reports made for the purpose of slander or defamation are strictly prohibited.
