롯데알미늄 안산공장은 2020년 2월 18일 ASI(Aluminium Stewardship Initiative)협회의 환경, 사회 및 거버넌스 성과에 대한 헌신을 보여주는 P.S(Performance Standard)인증을 대한민국 최초로 취득 하였습니다. (ASI Member 가입은 2019년 6월에 완료) ASI Membership 가입 및 P.S(Performance Standard) 취득을 통해 롯데알미늄은 알루미늄이 Value Chain(가치 사슬)에서 생성하는 가치는 최대화하면서 그 여파는 최소화하기 위해 노력할 것이며, 진정한 의미의 지속 가능한 미래를 위해 알루미늄의 사용을 보다 투명하고 책임감 있게 관리하기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다. * ASI 협회는 알루미늄 업계 전반의 지속 가능성과 투명성 확대를 위해 2012년 발족 되었으며, 업계의 주력 기업들이 이끌고 있는 비영리 협약으로 비즈니스 윤리, 환경 및 사회적 성과에서 알루미늄 가치 사슬 전반의 책임 있는 선진 관행 확립 및 장려를 위해 다양한 이해 관계자의 참여를 추진하고 있습니다.

LOTTE Aluminium Human Rights Management Charter

We pursue ‘human rights management’ that positively transforms not only the lives of our customers but also our society, and aim to contribute to the prosperity of humanity. Accordingly, to become a company that adds value to human life, we hereby establish the ‘LOTTE Group Human Rights Management Charter’ as the standard for proper conduct and value-based judgment that all employees must observe throughout management activities and business operations. This Charter is based on international human rights principles and norms, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We pledge to faithfully comply with and implement this Charter.

We respect the dignity and value of all human beings in our management activities and place human rights management as our top priority.

We respect international standards and norms on human rights, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

We establish and implement systems, policies, and frameworks to ensure that human dignity and value are embedded across all management activities and become part of our organizational culture.

We strive to protect and promote the human rights of socially vulnerable groups and respect the human rights of all stakeholders, including customers, related institutions, partners, local communities, and employees.

We do not discriminate in employment or work based on race, gender, education, age, disability, religion, place of birth, or political views, and we foster a culture of mutual respect and consideration.

We do not tolerate any form of forced labor or child labor and comply with minimum working age requirements as defined by applicable laws and international standards.

We comply with legally mandated working hours and guarantee minimum wages in accordance with the laws of the countries where we operate.

We create a working environment that prioritizes the safety and health of our employees.

We guarantee freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining as stipulated by the Constitution to protect and promote employee human rights.

We proactively prevent workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and other human rights violations, and actively pursue remedies for victims.

We pursue mutual growth with partner companies as equal counterparts and support and cooperate with them in practicing human rights management.

We do not use raw materials or products produced through illegal, unethical, or human rights–violating methods.

We protect personal information obtained during management and business operations.

We comply with domestic and international environmental laws and strive to achieve carbon neutrality, environmental conservation, biodiversity protection, and resource circulation.

We proactively prevent human rights violations during management activities and provide prompt and appropriate remedies when violations occur.
